About

Hello,

I'm Kelly, a Suffolk-based pressed flower artist.

The flowers and plant life I press are local and homegrown in the garden. The wildlife in the garden take top priority, and so each flower is selected carefully and sparingly. All plant life is traditionally pressed in a flower press, which takes up to two weeks.

Once the flowers are ready, I create artwork displaying them in preloved and vintage frames, stylishly preserving and bringing a piece of nature into your home, on your shelf or on your wall.

The art of pressing flowers is a slow and immersive experience, and I love combining the beauty of nature with vintage decor. I also love that every single piece of art created is one of a kind and that preloved frames are given a second life.

Through my work, I like to think I'm reclaiming a slower, more grounded pace of life. I work with the seasons and usually favour wildflowers, so I'm often met with many pleasant surprises in the garden.

I hope you enjoy what you find here.

With love,

Kelly Rose x
